Rosa tunika - pink tunic
My five-year-old wanted a pink dress with flowers, and the result was this tunic. I've used a pattern from a magazine I had, and the pink yarn is Tilda from Svarta Fåret. Nice yarn - a mix of cotton and acrylic. Good to knit with, and it almost seems to be a bit stretchy.
Granddaughter's socks
The pattern has the same name as the headline. The designer learnt knitting from her mother, and crocheting from her grandmother. So she designed these beautiful socks. This is an ufo that's been lying around since last year, and ridiculously enough, it took me a couple of days to finish the second sock. I should be ashamed! I will make more of these.
Sokker på motsatt vis - socks the opposite way
Nowadays it seems to be a trend to knit socks on the smallest possible needles. I'v gone the other way, and have knitted socks on 8mm needles! Like knitting with fencepoles, but cool socks. I've used Bernat Felting Wool, and the pattern comes from Drops.
Ny veske - new purse
Materialpakken til denne veska kom i en forundringspakke fra Markno i Danmark for en tid siden. Har strikka den ferdig, og montert håndtakene. Garnet er Patons Classic Merino. Dette er mitt bidrag til Et år i farger på Hobbyboden. Månedens farge er nemlig grønn.
This knitting kit came in a surprise packet from the Danish webshop Markno a while ago. I've finished it, and even sewn on the handles. The yarn is Patons Classic Merino. This is my contribution to the along One year in colour at Hobbyboden. The june-colour is green.
Mer garn - more yarn
I've spun a bit lately. The purple is Colonial-wool bought on Ebay as dyed fibre. The white is regular Norwegian wool. I've spun 2ply yarn on my wheel, and oneply yarn on a spindle.

I found the pattern for this hat on Ravelry. Fun hat, that immediately found its way to the 5-year old's head. "I want that!"

Nye tøfler - new slippers
Jeg har en forkjærlighet for gamle nordiske mønstre og tradisjoner. Derfor liker jeg godt å strikke disse Færøyske tøflene. Har brukt garn og mønster fra den Færøyske produsenten Navia.
